We can see a difference when you use Candlesticks in the chart you have posted. The body of the candlestick is greater than 8 ticks. You also have acknowledged you notice a difference. So we are not understanding the question. In the images we posted, those bars were built from 30 seconds time records not tick by tick. So they may look different than yours.
