Hello, I am a customer of a broker working with Sierra. Latelly I ve been testing the platform again and I am liking it very very much. However I am having a small problem sometimes. When a market explodes in volume because of a news event related to it, Sierra Chart will stay cool as a cucumber, not asking much of my processor, however dtcbridge.exe explodes in demand and completelly freezes the trading machine throwing data very very slowly at Sierra Chart. I understand the volume erupts and that the data program has to deal with it, but it s getting to a point where I can t trade at all and have lags of several seconds, 5 to 10 sometimes or more. The trading machine is great and handles many other programs with no hicups, like CQG and even Ninja Trader. But I am trying to leave those for Sierra. Is there a way to tune the DTCBridge program so that it consumes less processor cycles? Thanks in advance. |
