Hi, let me give you a short update on this: the mentioned bad ticks on LSE are OTC Trades that are sent from our source. The Problem is only affecting LSE and is identified. It will be solved with the next batch of our feed handler which will be live in approx. 2 weeks from now. This should finally solve that issue with LSE data. @Spinoza please note that for delayed data we provide free test accounts. real subscriptions and realtime data subscriptions are always for a full month, that is true but the order form should clearly state this and also give the option to start with the next full month. if you need annother FREE trial account please send an email to support@teletrader.com. The mentioned tick problem is not affecting Xetra.
