Hello, today I received a notification that I had four days before I could no longer use the Sierra Chart Software if I didn´t make a renewal of my subscription. So, I went to the website to renew it, but ended up chosing and paying the wrong Package apparently. I saw package 2 and thought that since I used Sierra´s data feed and trading platform and used Interactive Brokers only as a broker, I would be able to use the Sierra Chart Software as a platform for analysis and trading and IB would only execute those orders. The minute I paid de 9 dollars, the service stopped entering and now I can´t even connect to use the data feed that it´s already paid for. How can I fix this? Could I get a refund of the 9 dollars I paid and then sign up for package 1?
