The issue with the crosshairs will be resolved in the next release. For now uncheck Global Settings >> Tool Settings >> Chart Values >> Always on When Using Other Tools. We realized keyboard shortcuts for the TPO chart commands are not possible because you have to right-click on the chart to indicate what pacific TPO Profile or TPO Profile subperiod you are referring to.
