It is the "Last Trade Price Box Foreground". Change the color for this item to change the color of the text in the last trade price box in the Price Ladder. When a Graphics Setting item has the "Enable" option grayed out and non-selectable, this means that the item is always enabled and does not need to be specifically enabled.
