We understood you properly. What is occurring is that you are selecting the initial trade configuration and everything is fine. Then you change the quantity and/or orders in order to scale in/out. When you change the quantity at this point, the attached orders are going to update to reflect this new quantity and everything is going to be different from the originally selected configuration. So it is correct that in order to get everything back to the way it was, you need to reload the configuration. What we also recommend, in this case, is using another configuration to select the 1 or 2 quantity you want with the attached orders set so you can scale in/out as you want. Another option would be to use 2 different charts, one with the original configuration and then another for scaling in/out, as the Trading Windows are completely independent between charts (unless you have specifically linked them).
