John: Thanks. I think you misunderstood my first post. This 10-target setup is indeed a saved Trade Configuration. While the trade is in play, if I choose to scale in/out by say, 1 or 2 contracts, the Target Quantities (under Targets tab) get messed up; the same thing happens even when I just select one of the 5 order quantity radio buttons in the Main tab and NOT execute a manual scale in/out. Once the trade is closed, in order to restore the Target Quantities I have to reload the Trade Configuration. Please try it out and see for yourself. Thanks again.
