You are not setup to get the Level 2 data for the CME Group, but you should be getting it for EUREX. You have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active. This does not include the Market Depth data. If you want the Market Depth data for the full CME Group, then you would need the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". Or, if you only need Market Depth for some instruments, then you could just also activate the individual exchange, such as the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", which would give you Market Depth for the CME exchange, while you continue to get data without Market Depth for the CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX from the "Full CME Group" option you already have activated.
