We do see the request for data to download, but it is only going back to March 29, 2025, for some reason. First, set the "Continuous Futures Contract" option to "None" for this chart. Equities do not have this concept, and although it should not matter, we have seen some circumstances where this can cause an issue. Then follow these instructions to download more data for the chart: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data Let us know if you have any issues getting more data by following the above. -- With regards to the "Data Delay" this is nothing to be concerned about. There is an 11 second difference between your computer clock and the clock used the by exchange. It really does not have any impact to leave it as it is. If you want to have Sierra Chart set your clock using the Network Time Protocol, then follow the instructions at the following link: Network Time Protocol Client Note the last section on that page that gives information on how to run Sierra Chart to allow for the NTP service to adjust the clock. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
