We are not seeing the messages for downloading the data in the log you supplied. Please do the following:

- Set the option for "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Detailed Heartbeat Logging" to "No".
- Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log
- Select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
- After one minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
