HI, I am using SC and SC data feed for a while now. as far as i remember , the data is very fast. Issue 1# Recently, i renewed my scbscription after a break and since then in the chart header(data bar) , i am seeing DD values consistently as 00:00:11. i have seen it as high as 24 and lowest of 5. but as far as i remember from past it was always 0/1/2. 1) i checked update chart intervel and set it to 100 (now reverted back to 300) but it did not helped 2) i went through the following page but it did not helped : Prices / Data Falling Behind: 4.12 - Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feeds all i want to confirm for my peace of mind is to ensure if i am getting fast data. to me it loks like YES but confirmation will help. i checked heartbeat just now and delay is displayed as 0 but on all my charts i can see 10/11 delay. please see attached image. Issue # 2 load more data in chart. i subscribed to consolidated tape and set data limit to 20 days for 1hr chart but somehow i am only getting 2 days of data. i also tried the date range method but no results. but my futures cahrts are good and have no issues. I treied delete and download etc but no luck with that as well. i am wondering what i am doing wrong. i understand for first time ticker, i dont have data but shoudent it automatically download based on intraday chart data limit setting? i will create seperate thread if needed as i have not done my research but i am using fewer charts but my SC CPU usage is very high which was never the case in last 3 years or so. but i will research more before bugging you. |
