The interface that is used between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is owned and maintained by Rithmic. We have informed them of the issues with it, but they have not fixed it. **** As an aside. Going to another version I have installed v2550 64 Bit; I cannot even enter any data beyond selecting "Rithmic Direct DTC (trading)." That version wont even offer me a server list. ****
You should get the server list, but you need to exit from the Data/Trade Service Settings and then open it again to get the list. But as to not seeing the entries for the Username/Password for data, update to the latest release, as it sounds like you updated to a version where these had been removed - they were then added back. The current version (v 2747) has the fields in them, and this is the version you should be on.
