I don't think its is simply Rithmic as I'm still trading on NinjaTrader and another platform without issues. That said I have a friend who is Trading Sierra + Rithmic today. I'm wondering if John has a way of deleting any saved settings or defaulting the adapter in some way before re-entering login credentials - as simply deleting them changed nothing. I've been with Sierra for I think over 14 years and spent thousands of hours working with ACSIL but this Rithmic saga is a nightmare. My subscription renews in 2 days and I'm thinking many will jump ship with these continuing issues. It's unfortunate that everyone blames everyone else and the parties cannot have a grown up discussion to create a more robust integration. I'm sure Teton is great but it's of no value to those who trade their own accounts - and prop. Fingers crossed this gets fixed quickly but don't hold your breath. **** As an aside. Going to another version I have installed v2550 64 Bit; I cannot even enter any data beyond selecting "Rithmic Direct DTC (trading)." That version wont even offer me a server list. **** All the best.
