The link to the Barchart site has the following at the top of the page "[INDEX/CBOE]", which indicates that this is indeed the CBOE SPX data. So it is the same data for the SPX_CGI symbol we have as part of our CBOE Global Indices exchange. You do need to activate that exchange in order to get the data for that exchange, it is not available otherwise (i.e. there is no streaming delayed data for that exchange).
