We did testing and we did not encounter any problem downloading past historical order fills and the timestamps also look correct.

We want you to exit from Sierra Chart and rename this subfolder in the Sierra Chart installation folder: /TradeActivityLogs to /TradeActivityLogs_Backup and start Sierra Chart again. What operating system are you running Sierra Chart on?
