What you see is normal if you are tracking chart bar indexes, in the study function and not the bar building function. If the chart is loading data while connected to the data feed, when the loading completes, you may very well see several new bars. (Now that we reread your description, what you are describing is different) The problem that has been solved is a problem that could occur when you re-download the data in the chart completely. In this case the custom bar building function may not go into effect, until after the initial batch of data is read into the chart. This is fixed.
