You are not setup to get any data from us, therefore you would be getting your data from Rithmic. On the "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings" do you the Username/Password entered for the "Market Data Username" and the "Market Data Password"? We think you probably do not have those two fields entered, but you do have the "Historical Data Username/Password" entered. You need to have the Market Data Username/Password entered in order to get the intraday data from Rithmic. -- The post you made for this does not belong in this thread, which was about a different topic.
