We apologize for the long delay. We have been working on this now. There is a lot of complexity to chart data loading functionality. We did identify and correct one problem related to custom chart bars. Not sure it is the cause of what you are seeing, but we will release the change. We were not able to reproduce what you saw, but this is because we were doing some testing in the evening when there was not much trading going on. We then encountered an issue specifically related to custom chart bars and began to work on that. We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing.
