In general, we do not recommend changing the Tick Size. It is better to leave the Tick Size as it is and just change the "Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" to a larger value (2 in this case for what you have stated you did). Changing the Tick Size will not impact the actual last price that is shown. That is the actual price regardless of what you set, so it will always show in 0.25 increments for this specific symbol. 1.
