The symbols in the sub-instance are incorrect for the "Trading Evaluator" service. If the symbols are not updating correctly when selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" in the sub-instance, then you will need to update them manually. For instance, the Sub-Instance is showing a symbol of "F.US.EPH25" - this is a CQG symbol. The symbol for the Trading Evaluator would be ESH25. You must also have another instance with incorrect symbols, as we see references to "ESH25-CME", "NQH25-CME", and "SIH25-COMEX". These are the symbols for the "SC Data" service.
