Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I have purchased Service Package 11 and completed the payment on March 12, but my account is still functioning as a trial account.

My Current Selected Service is still SC Data, instead of SC Data - All Services.

Could you please check and ensure my subscription is properly activated?
