Do not adjust the actual "Tick Size" of the chart. If you want to combine multiple ticks together in the Volume by Price study, then use the Input for the study of "Ticks per Volume Bar". Refer to the following: Volume By Price Study: Ticks Per Volume Bar The Value Area and POC are going to be based on the underlying data for the selected Calculation Method. If you want these to be based on Volume regardless of the calculation method for the bars themselves, then set the Input for "Value Area, POC, Peak and Valley Based on Total Volume Always" to "Yes".
