Dear Support

Today is 17th Rollover and I have selected rollover across instruments however following this I have no charts - they are all blank which means I currently unable trade using Sierra.

I have made no changes and have the current version of Sierra installed.

All details are correct for "APEX" and are unchanged from those of last week.

Thankfully Rithmic Pro and NinjaTrader are not having this issue but please give this urgent attention.
