There is not another way around this. If this worked for you at one time - where you were connecting to Rithmic in the main instance and using NISS-NYSE in a sub-instance - then we can not say why. It should not have worked any time in the past few years. When connecting to Rithmic, the only symbols for which you can request data are for symbols that Rithmic recognizes, which would be mostly the CME Group. Definitely the Market Statistics and U.S. Equity data from us will be problematic for Rithmic. The only solution is to use a separate installation of Sierra Chart that is connected to "SC Data" to get the Market Statistics, or any other symbol that Rithmic does not like.
