It sounds like you setup the User account correctly but not the subscription to that account. Go through Steps 22 through 27 and make sure you have a subscription properly setup (double check the server for that subscription as well). If the above is set correctly and you are not getting any notifications on your device, then you would need to ensure that you have setup notifications properly for the nfty app for your device.
