Your conclusion may be correct, but not for the reason you think. The interface that is used to get the accounts into Sierra Chart is written and owned by Rithmic. So if there is an issue with getting the information into Sierra Chart, then it is a Rithmic issue.

We are not seeing anything in your Message Log that shows a particular issue related to this. But your Trade Service Log is showing that no accounts are being sent. You need to take this up with Rithmic.
