It looks like your main instance is connecting to Rithmic. Therefore, the sub-instance is trying to get data from the Main Instance, but there are symbols in the sub-instance that Rithmic does not like. This would create a problem overall for the Rithmic connectivity. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Frequent Reconnections If you want to get data for symbols that Rithmic does not like (such as NISS-NYSE), then you will need to install a second Sierra Chart and leave the "Current Selected Service" set to "SC Data".
