We see the Sell Stop trying to be placed at a price of 20379.50 once the parent orders fill. But we are not seeing an acceptance of those orders by Rithmic, but eventually you get the error that the "buy order stop price must be above trade price". It looks like Rithmic did not process the Buy Stop orders fast enough to get them on the market prior to the price moving higher than 20379.50. Then when Rithmic finally did get around to it, the price was above the Stop, so the Stop could not be placed.
