According to the Trade Service Log you posted, you are not getting any accounts from Rithmic per these lines: 2025-03-04 22:50:38.424 | Rithmic Direct - DTC | Requesting trade accounts from server.
2025-03-04 22:50:38.531 | Rithmic Direct - DTC | Received 0 accounts from service. At this point, you would need to ask Rithmic about this and make sure the accounts you are expecting are actually associated with the Username/Password you are using to connect to Rithmic. Also, check your "Window >> Message Log" and see if there are any errors in there from Rithmic, particularly a "Permission Denied" error. Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
