I have two accounts with Ironbeam. The first was connected to Sierra Chart on 7/15/2024 through Ironbeam. The second account was through an introducing broker with Ironbeam as the FCM. I asked the IB to connect the second account to my Sierra Chart account, yesterday, 3/4/2025. They acknowledged that the account was connected and sent me credentials. I thought the latter was odd. Nevertheless, I attempted to use the credentials to log into my Sierra Chart platform but they don't work. Can you check to see if there are two accounts connected under my username before I ask my IB whether they connected me to the correct platform.
