We have a 21 day free trial, but you are limited in what data you can access and you can not connect to data and/or trading services. We have no idea what OneUp is offering. Whatever they are doing is outside of us. The only thing we can think is that they will reimburse you for 1 month of Sierra Chart. If this is the case, then you would need to ask them what package they will reimburse you for. But apart from the above, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to connect to data and/or trading services. You need to add funds and select a package.
