Sorry - you have us confused. You have stated that these ARE enabled previously. If these do not have a checkmark next to "Enabled" then the backgrounds will not be colored white per the settings for those items. Make sure you have a checkmark next to "Enabled" and then see if you get the coloring in the Recent Bid/Ask Volume columns.
