Everything looks good from your setup, so we are not sure why you would be having an issue. When the reversal does not occur, look in your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is anything in there stating what may have occurred. It should be the last line in the log. Post that line (or whatever parts of the log appear to be related) to this thread for us to take a look.
