It says that I need to make a payment of 85 USD. Does this mean that on March 1, 2025, I will no longer have access to the Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts if I do not have 85 USD in my account? Or will I still have access and receive an invoice afterward?
The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. Therefore, if you were going to continue with the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", then you would need to have at least $39.00 in your account prior to March 1, 2025, in order for the exchange to automatically renew. The remainder of the $85.00 that is referenced ($46.00) is needed in your account prior to March 9, 2025, in order to renew your Service Package on that date. Keep in mind the Service Packages renew on a rolling 31 day cycle. I do not want to keep this subscription after February 28, as I plan to switch to "CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts" on March 1, which costs 13 USD since I only trade ES and NQ.
Therefore, you will need to have at least $13.00 in your account prior to March 1, 2025, in order to be able to activate that exchange on March 1, 2025. Refer to the following instructions: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Changing Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange Selections Am I properly connected to my Topstep account with Rithmic?
If your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" is set for "Rithmic", then you need to look at your "Status Bar" which is in the Control Bar. The Status Bar will be Green if you are properly connected. If there is a problem, then it will be Red. Refer to the following: Status Bar Am I connected to the Denali data feed?
As long as the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes", and you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you should be getting the data from us. If you have the "Symbol" being displayed in the Chart Header, then look for an "[M]" after the symbol which will tell you that you are getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services Am I receiving real-time data and not delayed data?
In the Chart Header is an item prefaced with "DD:" This tells you the amount of "Data Delay". This should be zero, or close to it. If it is 10 minutes or 15 minutes, then you are getting the delayed streaming data and not real-time data. If that item is not already in your chart header, then refer to the following: Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header Does this mean that I must log into Sierra Chart Order Routing for at least 10 seconds on March 27 to maintain my non-professional status and continue using my data feed?
