We believe the "Orange Marker" you are referring to is just a warning. It does not actually change based on whether you have connected to your live, funded, futures trading account or not. The way to see if you have connected properly to your account for the CME Non-Professional verification is to look at the "Verified Until" date for your account. This needs to be in the future. You can view this date at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Everything on your account looks good at this time. So you should be fine getting data for the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" as this is the exchange that you have active at this time.
