The instructions to connect to a Rithmic account (which is what APEX uses) are here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you have done everything correctly and are not seeing the accounts you think you should, then you would need to ask APEX about this - although our guess is that you are not using the correct credentials for the accounts you are wanting. Although, we wonder if you are referring to the "Sim1" account (i.e. the built-in Simulation Mode account). If this is the case, then you need to disable "Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On".
