There is not a toggle for the Chart Header. The only way to not have anything is to remove all the items associated with the Chart Header. Keep in mind, there are two Chart Header options, one for a standard chart (Customize Chart Header - Standard) and one for the Trading DOM (Customize Chart Header - Trade DOM). Make sure you are making changes to the "Customize Chart Header - Standard" to change the items for the header on the charts.
