It is not an issue on our side. The message you are receiving is from Rithmic.

Our best guess would be that the "Historical Data Username" and/or "Historical Data Password" are incorrect, since the "Market Data Username/Password" seem to be fine.

We cannot say why something may have changed since last week. There is no end to the issues with Rithmic, and you need to keep in mind that the interface that exists between Sierra Chart and Rithmic was written by Rithmic.

Additionally, it is not unusual to not get historical data from Rithmic. They have a limited amount of historical data available and we hear things from 0 days to 5 days of data that people are able to get.
