Thank you. Yes, I already checked that post trying to fix it myself. That's not what it's about. It's not a “Not connecting” problem with Rithmic. It connects perfectly. As the thread title says, it connects just fine, I even have real time data. The credentials, password, etc. are correct. So are the servers. I have the same configuration, parameters, password and credentials for months. Just this morning it worked perfectly for a while. I think it's something on SC, as I keep receiving real time data from Rithmic. At first glance at the log, I thought I saw it was a problem with file compression, so I followed the protocol to disable it. The error no longer appeared in the log, however I still can't download. Are you sure is not an issue on SC's side? |
