Look, clearly you have never encountered the "Message Rate Limit Reached" otherwise you'd know what it related to and wouldn't be here spouting bullshit. Unlike you, I have actually built trading systems where the message rate was a serious consideration that had to be mitigated. For the avoidance of any doubt I'll repeat: The message Message Rate Limit Reached relates to a specific condition triggered by excessive order submissions, it is nothing to do with the message log.
