Hello support, On Wednesday I subscribed to the TeleTrader feed because I want to look at UK FTSE100 stocks. However, I have experienced bad ticks pretty much everyday since on intraday and daily charts. For example today BHP Billiton (BLT.STK.LSE) is showing a high and low of 2118.67 and 1934.5 respectively. Bloomberg and my trading platform show that the high today was only 1973.5. These kind of false prints are occurring on a daily basis and make it impossible to get an accurate view of the market. Yesterday to cite another example TeleTrader showed a Rio Tinto (RIO.STK.LSE) low of 3365.5 in the intraday chart at 4pm London time which never occurred. This only showed up in intraday charts not daily. The actual low was 3412. These false spike occur all over and I've only been looking at a few stocks. Can you please advise ASAP.
