When you set the "Time in Force" on the parent order to be "Send Order At Time" and then enter the order as a "Buy Stop Ask + 2 Ticks", then the orders will show on the chart, but the parent order is going to have the word "Held" on the position line. That order is being held until the Time entered in the Time in Force passes and then the order will be sent to the market as a Buy Stop at that price.

Depending on where the market is at the time the order is sent, will determine if the order is filled immediately or stays as a Stop order waiting for the price to move up to it.
