Hi John--thank you for your chart image. I have attached what I am seeing on my chart. As I went through your instructions on how to capture a screenshot image, I expanded the size of my Volume study. I discovered that the Volume for each bar is not exactly 1000, but is very close. If the study is calculating correctly, then this must mean that each NQ trade is close to 1 contract, which is surprising. I am interested if you can confirm that your chart looks the same when you try to replicate it.
