We see a few of the following in your log:
2025-02-05 08:47:18.475 | DTC Client socket (1) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. *

Refer to the following regarding this:

But there are only a few of these and they are only at a certain point in time (they are not occurring over the 3 hours that the Message Log spans).

We also see that there is a connection to the Teton Order Routing Service as well as Rithmic. We wonder if you are having this issue when connected to Teton as well? In particular, we wonder if you are having the issue outlined at the following link:
