There is not a way to do this when using the "Buy" button the Trade Window. But then again, if you are entering a "Stop" order through the Trade Window, then you need to specify the price at which you want to place the stop. There are keyboard shortcuts for "Stop" and "Stop Limit" with an offset from the Bid or Ask price with an offset of 1, 2, or 3 ticks. And you can always use either the DOM or a right-mouse option to place a Stop at the level you want.
