Hi John, Hope you're well. Many thanks for picking up such an old thread, so this is what's going on (I'm 99% sure this is a Rithmic issue). I have a TopStep account with some basic automatic trading running on a VPS in Chicago - this is all using Trading System Based on Alert Condition - not made it to the spreadsheet yet as I'm very new to all this. I'm using a bracket order with 2 targets - and Stop:Triggered Trail Stop. Every now and again when the trade is winning and the trailing stop starts moving up a rogue stop stays in its original position as a 'stale' trade. The trade actually completes when the trailing stop gets hit but the stuck rogue stop then stops all other orders until manually cleared. I hope this all makes sense.... I don't have a screenshot atm, but will grab one when it next happens (and it does happen quite a lot) Cheers! Bill |
