As of version 2728, we no longer support data from Rithmic. Refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2728 Therefore, if you are wanting the data from Rithmic, you would have to downgrade to version 2727 or lower. Refer to the following instructions for this: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure You are setup to get data for the CME Exchange from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, if you want to get your data for CL from us, then you would just need to activate one of the NYMEX exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind, the exchange fees are not pro-rated, so if you activate an exchange today (January 29, 2025) you will pay the full price for that exchange to get the data for the remainder of January. Then you will pay again on February 1, 2025 for the month of February. So you might want to wait until February 1, 2025 before activating a new exchange.
