Are you using OpenGL in Sierra Chart?: Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) The reason you see the problem is not because of the quote board but because it sounds like you are linking the quote board symbols to a chart and then a chart reloads. This is involving large memory releases and reallocations. So there is a lot of memory being touched in this process. And likely is a faulty memory location, referring to the hardware, triggering the problem. Have you done a complete full hardware level memory test on your system?
