Our guess is that you recently updated and the newer versions of Sierra Chart (v 2728 and higher) do not have support for Rithmic data. Since you are also not setup to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you would not having the issue you are. Refer to the following regarding the Rithmic data change:

You will need to do one of these items:
- Downgrade to version 2727 or lower and continue to use the Rithmic data. Refer to the following:

- Setup the Denali Exchange Data feed in order to get the real-time data. For the CME Group, follow these instructions:
